The building is currently being equiped with high speed Wi-fi access points so that we can offer unlimited (yes, unlimited) internet for free to all our existing and upcoming tenants!

Attached to the apartment building is a parking dedicated for our tenants.

On the groundfloor we have our laundry room with very affordable rates. The laundry machines are new and professionally managed and the room is locked with a door key to secure your laundry from outsiders.
There’s an outisde picnic and BBQ area attached to the building, perhaps not to be used at all times of the year. We plan garden boxes ad a general beautification by the spring / summer time.
