In 2017, the building acquired a new owner, Bricks & More LLC. The coming two years, Bricks & More LLC plans to gradually update our units, bringing them to modern standards while continuing to preserve the unique historical value of the building.
I lived in the Fargo building for several years in the early 1980s. Top floor studio 308, second floor front 202, and top floor front 301. The middle window was my bedroom. Beautiful building. When I lived there two sisters had lived in the front first floor and the next one as well as the largest apartment in the building.
